Further information and frequently asked questions...
How are your bouquets made?
Each bouquet is handcrafted to order with floristry non-woven fabric, wooden skewers, living vase, Midollino sticks, butterflies and ribbons for decoration. We use floristry tape in place of sticky tape to give a professional finish to the bouquet. All the chocolates used are completely sealed as from the manufacturer - we do not pierce or unwrap the chocolate.
Colours and Chocolates used.
As these bouquets are truly bespoke you can choose the colours and chocolates used. Quality chocolates such as Green and Black's, Lindt, Cadbury, Galaxy and Nestle are used, however if there is any specific chocolate that you would like to be included please inform us when you place your order.
If you require any specialist chocolate, please let us know – if we can get hold of the chocolate we can make you a beautiful bespoke bouquet.
Please advise of any dietary requirements when the order is placed – if this is not known at this point please ensure that we are notified when final payment is made.
Please note that occasionally the chocolates may have a slight whitening or speckled effect known as chocolate bloom. This is nothing to worry about and does not affect the safety or freshness of the chocolate – it is just the cocoa butter rising to the surface.
Again, colours can be chosen by you. We have many colours available, however if there is anything specific that you would like please let us know.
The chocolate bouquets will be delivered to the venue on the morning of the wedding. We cannot be held responsible for any damage/loss made to the bouquets by the venue once we have left.
How long will my chocolate bouquet last for?
Only quality fresh sealed chocolates are used in the bouquets, which have at least 3 months remaining on their best before date. To ensure your bouquet is enjoyed at its best, we advise that it is consumed within 4 weeks of delivery / date of event.
Once you have received your bouquet we recommend that it is stored in a cool dry place and out of direct sunlight.
Are your chocolate bouquets suitable for children?
These bouquets are not suitable for children under 3 years old. We do not recommend that young children are left with the bouquets as they contain sharp points and could cause injury. If the bouquet is for a young child we would recommend that an adult is present to supervise and help to remove the chocolate from the sticks.
Children should not be allowed to play with the bouquet as they are not toys.
How do I find out the ingredients in my chocolates?
All ingredients are as per the manufactures website. Please note that all our products may contain traces of , or have been in contact with nuts.
Do you pierce or open the chocolates?
No, we never pierce or open any of our chocolates. They remain completely sealed and intact as they were manufactured.
